Is Shiva worth it for you?

Google’s own free replies are enough if you get a few reviews a month, you like writing the replies, and you write in the guest’s language yourself. Shiva is for when replies pile up, when you write in more than one language, or when you want your prices checked and a record of every approval.

  • Cost

    Google’s own replies
    Free.
    A freelancer
Varies. Vendor price pages show ₹5,000 to ₹50,000 a month for social media management; ask for a quote for reviews only.
    Shiva (proposed)
₹1,800 a month, ₹25,488 a year with GST. Not on sale yet.
  • Your voice

    Google’s own replies
Yours, because you write each reply yourself.
    A freelancer
A person learns it. Quality varies.
    Shiva (proposed)
Starts from your own past replies and your sign-off. You can edit every word.
  • Languages

    Google’s own replies
    Whatever you can write.
    A freelancer
    Depends on the person.
    Shiva (proposed)
English, Hindi in Devanagari, Hinglish. Replies follow the guest’s language, and a code check holds the script.
  • Prices and facts checked

    Google’s own replies
No one checks a reply for you.
    A freelancer
Only if they check by hand.
    Shiva (proposed)
Prices, phones and times are matched to your fact sheet by code. A mismatch keeps Approve off.
  • A record of who approved

    Google’s own replies
    None.
    A freelancer
    Usually a chat message.
    Shiva (proposed)
A signed receipt for every approval.
  • Your effort today

    Google’s own replies
You write each reply in Google.
    A freelancer
    You brief them and approve.
    Shiva (proposed)
You paste each review and copy the reply into Google yourself. Telegram approvals are coming.

Freelancer prices are from vendor price pages checked in October 2026 and will differ by person. There is no paid plan without AI: Google’s own app already replies for free, and we won’t charge for what you can get free.

Still to be decided

  • What happens at reply 101: To be decided before launch.
  • A second location: To be decided before launch. The plan is for one location.
  • Refunds: To be decided before launch.
  • Several people approving: one login per business in this first version; named approvers are planned.

What the price covers

Drafting, every check, your receipts, and a daily limit on drafting so costs never run away. Today you paste each review into Shiva and copy the reply into Google yourself. Telegram approvals are coming.

Hotel posts can’t mention deals or discounts under Google’s rules, so Shiva checks for that.
